73 Inc Limited provides a 12 months RTB (Return to Base) warranty for new items from the date of the repair/sale as mentioned for the item.
73 Inc Limited provides a 3 or 6 months month RTB (Return to Base) warranty for Ex display , used or refurbished items from the date of the repair/sale as mentioned for the item.
73 Inc Limited reserves the right to repair as the primary method of resolving warranty based issues.
Warranty on machine and parts supplied excludes software related issues, moving parts and consumables (i.e. Hard Drives and Batteries). The warranty does not cover damages caused through misuse such as exposure to water, dropping the device or impact damage.
Customer is required to pay for shipping costs for warranty purposes. Any misuse/ accidental damage of the product/s will result in the warranty being void.
It is recommended that you (the client) upon receipt of this invoice review the content and bring to our attention any errors identified as soon as possible.
