New Items: We provide a 12-month Return to Base (RTB) warranty for all new items, commencing from the date of repair or sale, as specified for each product.

Ex-Display, Used, or Refurbished Items: For ex-display, used, or refurbished products, we offer a 3 or 6-month RTB warranty, beginning from the date of repair or sale, as detailed for each item.

Repair Policy: We retain the right to choose repair as the primary method for addressing any warranty-related issues. Our focus is on resolving problems through repair to ensure the continued functionality of the product.

Exclusions: Our warranty covers only the machine and parts supplied. It does not include coverage for software-related issues, moving parts, or consumables such as hard drives and batteries. Additionally, damages resulting from misuse—including, but not limited to, exposure to water, accidental drops, or impact damage—are not covered under this warranty.

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for any shipping costs incurred when sending products to us for warranty purposes. We recommend using a reliable shipping method to track your warranty shipment.

Warranty Voidance: The warranty will be voided in cases of misuse or accidental damage. Please ensure that the product is used in accordance with the manufacturer’s guidelines to maintain warranty validity.

Invoice Review: Upon receipt of your invoice, we advise that you review its contents carefully. Should you identify any errors or discrepancies, please inform us as soon as possible to address any issues promptly.
